Movie night across any distance. Every screen starts together and stays on the room clock, and only play, pause and seek travel between people.

Video Bridge lets friends watch films and series together from different countries. Each viewer streams from the host's library at their own best quality, up to 4K. Only play, pause, seek and the clock travel between people. The room has voice, screen share, chat with reactions, and drawing on the picture. A Go server holds the library and room state.
Every 250 ms each browser compares its position with the room clock. Under 40 ms it does nothing, up to 1 s it changes speed by at most 5%, and past 1 s it jumps.
When someone presses play, the server picks a start time: the slowest viewer's one-way latency (20 to 600 ms) plus 80 ms.
If one screen stalls for 1.5 s, the room can wait for it, never more than 15 s, or keep playing. The room owner chooses.
Voice and screen share up to 4K60 run through a LiveKit relay. Chat has reactions and typing indicators, and drawings on the picture reach the whole room.
Invite people with codes, add subtitles, and run a speed test. The UI is in English and Japanese, as an installable PWA and an Android app.
The host's library feeds a Go server. FFmpeg makes the stream versions, each viewer plays the one that fits their connection, and a Web Worker keeps every browser on the room clock.

I'm a full-stack developer and a third-year Information and Communication Technology student at Tokai University, graduating in March 2028. I want to work as a Forward Deployed Engineer or AI Engineer, owning a product end to end: designing the architecture, building it, and shipping it to production alongside the people who use it.
I'm comfortable working with LLMs, agent workflows, tool calling, and secure MCP integrations, alongside production apps built with TypeScript, Python, Swift, Node, AWS, and React. I work in English and Japanese, with JLPT N2 business-level Japanese.

Things I make for other builders: skills that teach an agent a workflow, and an SDK that is on its way.
Folio is a felt teacher who lives in a live 3D world. The Folio SDK will let anyone build their own Folio world and lessons.
An agent skill that explains any topic twice: a short answer in plain English, and one web page with big pictures and very few words. The example explains how Video Bridge works.
